Operational Team Leader with Strong Technical Background

We are now looking for an operational team leader with a strong technical background for our operations in Kiruna. The role is largely practical and involves varied work in the field in an industrial environment. As our business grows and we receive more inquiries, we are now seeking reinforcement for our team.

In the role of operational team leader, you will work operationally while also having a coordinating responsibility for the daily work of the team. You are a present and supportive team leader who contributes to structure, quality, and good collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in the field
• Mechanical work and welding
• Troubleshooting, service, and repair of machines and equipment
• Reading blueprints and simple documentation
• Operational leadership of daily work, including planning and coordination of resources
• Be a supportive contact in the team and contribute to good collaboration
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in the work

Qualifications

• Previous experience in mechanical work and welding
• Good ability to read and understand blueprints
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Driver's license (B)
• Good industrial experience and ability to work in demanding environments
• Experience in team leadership or ambition to take on greater responsibility in daily work

Meritorious

• Experience in team leadership, coordination, or similar role
• Experience in preventive maintenance
• Certification in welding or other relevant training
